Jen's Small Business Solutions is a local small business bookkeeping and consulting company.  My name is Jennifer Zelen and my husband and I are co-owners of the business.  We are based in Cedar Hills, a neighborhood in SW Portland, Oregon.  I have over 10 years' experience in small business bookkeeping and management, and have worked for non-profit organizations as well.

Jen's Small Business Solutions offers all bookkeeping and payroll services for small to medium companies.  Most small businesses have no need for a full time or even a half time bookkeeper or office person, and this is where I come in.  I keep your bookkeeping system up to date and organized, often in just a few hours a month.  And you don't have to worry about the hassle of hiring an employee, paying taxes on them, keeping them busy and checking up on their work.  My work is accurate and fast, my rates are fair, and you only pay for the bookkeeping or payroll services you need.

Jen's Small Business Solutions can help with many office and organizational needs: starting and maintaining an accurate, up to date accounting system, seeing that invoices are sent and bills are paid, making sure tax deadlines are met.  I like to see payroll simplified and processed without errors- make your employees, and the tax agencies,  happy!  I even like computers, and they like me too- I can help with computer networking, hardware and software upgrades, website development & maintenance, marketing using social media programs and more.  My experience with these aspects of office organization will make your work life a lot easier.
