Bookkeeping and financial reports:
Don't get bogged down trying to keep the books after your work day is
done. I will do this for you- your books will be up to date, and
with regular financial reporting you will know how your company is
doing, when you need to know. You will save money with your CPA,
because my documentation will be complete, accurate and ready for tax
preparation. Even if you start with a box of receipts, I can help
create a clean, up to date record-keeping system that works.
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
Don't
fall behind in paying your bills, and make sure you are paid for your
work! As part of a functioning bookkeeping system, I help with
both A/R and A/P to help keep your cash flow healthy.
Payroll and Payroll Reporting:
Maybe all you need in your business is a payroll function; if so, I can
run payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, and also create
reports detailing tax liabilities. I can also process your tax
deposits and keep you up to date with the IRS and other payroll tax
collecting entities. If payroll and reporting are all you need,
this can be done remotely once we're set up and I don't even have to
visit your office on a regular basis. Have your payroll processed
and sent back to you electronically- just like with a big payroll
company, only Jen's is less expensive and usually more accurate than
the big guys!
Marketing, Social Media, Tech Writing,
Web Design, Computer Networks and other:
A small business doesn't always need to hire a specialized company just
to get a little help with marketing their products and services.
Computer network specialists charge up to $100/hr just to set up or
repair a couple of office computers. As a part owner of several
successful family businesses, I have always taken it upon myself to
learn the latest technology- from marketing with social media sites
such as Twitter and Facebook to creating websites in our own businesses
to keeping our own office computer systems up and running. I will
gladly help your company as a part of my consulting services, and I
will offer a fair rate, too.
